Policies
To book an appointment, a $30 deposit is required. Failure to make a deposit will result in the inability to successfully book an appointment.
To receive your full deposit back, the appointment must be cancelled 48 hours before your appointment. After that, your deposit is nonrefundable.
Being 15+ minutes late to your appointment will result in a late fee charge of $20. Your desired nail set will need to be adjusted to fit your allotted scheduled time. If you are running late, please communicate that with me. It would be much appreciated.
A no-call/no-show will result in you being completely removed from my books and will not be able to book in the future.
I ask new clients to come to their first appointment with bare, healthy nails. I will be requesting current photos of your nails before confirming your appointment.
Foreign soak-offs are offered, but please keep in mind that, depending on the health of your nails, once removed can result in a possibility of being sent away. I value the health of your nails and will refuse service on nails I deem to be unhealthy.
Extra guest are not allowed unless discussed with me otherwise.
