Policies

  • To book an appointment, a $30 deposit is required. Failure to make a deposit will result in the inability to successfully book an appointment.

  • To receive your full deposit back, the appointment must be cancelled 48 hours before your appointment. After that, your deposit is nonrefundable.

  • Being 15+ minutes late to your appointment will result in a late fee charge of $20. Your desired nail set will need to be adjusted to fit your allotted scheduled time. If you are running late, please communicate that with me. It would be much appreciated.

  • A no-call/no-show will result in you being completely removed from my books and will not be able to book in the future.

  • I ask new clients to come to their first appointment with bare, healthy nails. I will be requesting current photos of your nails before confirming your appointment.

  • Foreign soak-offs are offered, but please keep in mind that, depending on the health of your nails, once removed can result in a possibility of being sent away. I value the health of your nails and will refuse service on nails I deem to be unhealthy.

  • Extra guest are not allowed unless discussed with me otherwise.
